The other institutions functioning under the Chaithanya banner include the Chaithanya Sight Foundation which came into being to address the need to reach out to the poor , the Chaithanya Eye Bank (functioning in collaboration with the Eye bank association of India) ,The Chaithanya Lasik Centre , a centre of excellence for refractive surgery , the Chaithanya Teleophthalomogy services to promote the use of teleophthalmology to provide ophthalmology care to rural outreach areas and tele-education and Drishti opticals, a dedicated optical establishment.
